Built on people, powered by purpose.
Home is more than a place—it’s where life happens. It’s where stories are shared, mornings begin, and memories are made. Our team takes that responsibility to heart. We believe we have the best people in the business—guided by our values, grounded in purpose, and committed to helping you create a home that feels uniquely yours.
Our History
Lifestyle Communities was built on the idea that home is more than a place—it’s a feeling. From our first neighborhoods in the late 1990s and early 2000s, we’ve intentionally focused on helping people find not just a house, but a sense of belonging. For us, building homes is about creating connections that last.
As housing needs evolved, Lifestyle Communities expanded beyond for-sale homes into experience-driven rental communities, carrying forward the same craftsmanship, creativity, and sense of belonging that defined our early years. While our portfolio grew, our foundation in homebuilding remained a defining part of who we are.
That belief continues to guide us. Our legacy in homebuilding is more than a chapter in our history—it’s the cornerstone of our purpose to Build a Connection™, inspiring people to love where they live and feel like they belong.
Meet the team behind our promise.
